This sprawling Springdale Station coffee & cocktails spot, situated in the old Eastciders Collaboratory space, is a real day-to-night place. While we love a latte & kolache morning, or the very chill afternoon vibe for studying or off-leash kid time in the spacious yard, it’s after 8pm, when Stargazer turns 21 and up, that the mood turns from desert stylish to downright sexy. The menu spans cocktails, mocktails, rotating drafts, wine offerings, and a host of canned THC bevs. Need to soak up the booze? Carb deliciously at nearby Bambino and Handsome Dan’s.
