This used bookstore, which opened in Hyde Park last September, welcomes customers even before they walk inside with small carts of assorted books sitting outside. When you enter the homey interior, it becomes clear that Livra’s collection is thoughtful and eclectic. Books of all kinds are found on the shelves, from new releases to first-edition rarities from the 19th century, with subjects ranging from architecture to film to the natural sciences. In addition, the store has an extensive collection of Spanish novels, many of which owner Moctezuma Seth Gonzalez acquired on his travels in Latin America.
