Gone – for good reason – are the days of freak shows, yet one motley traveling exposition of sideshow wonders remains. Austin’s own Lizardman will perform, alongside fire-spinners and aerialists. On display nearby, examine unexplainable animal medical anomalies, delicately taxidermied mythical creations, and macabre artistic goods of all sorts. Feast your eyes on live music and burlesque performances while shopping bizarre wares or try your own hand at taxidermy and terrarium building, all beneath the exceedingly normal roof of Palmer Events Center.
