When Trader Vic published his seminal Bartender’s Guide in 1947, every illustration by Ray Sullivan depicted Mai Tais and Zombies being mixed by dapper gentlemen in white jackets – and only them. But those cliches have been wiped away like crumbs from a pu pu platter, as more than proved by the Long Goodbye’s Women Who Tiki.
