Wavemakers presents Sonic Social series

During Women’s History Month, Wavemakers Women & Music — the fast-growing cultural platform where artists, audiences, and partners gather around music to spark connection, trust, and cultural impact. — launches its bold 2026 season with the debut of its quarterly Wavemakers Sonic Social series on Sunday, March 29, at Found Sound (305 Victor Street), Austin’s only woman-owned rehearsal studio and creative space. The event highlights a growing movement to center experienced women artists in an industry that has historically sidelined them. Doors open at 3:00 PM, starting with socializing and drinks for an hour with performances beginning at 4:00 PM. This event features two powerhouse female artists: Courtney Santana and Erin Walter (of Parker Woodland).
