On Monday, March 2nd, Uchibā Austin's Chef de Cuisine Chris Campisi welcomes Heidi Garbo, founder of Garbo’s Fresh Maine Lobster, for the debut of her Uncommon Ramen series with a New England-inspired Maine Lobster Ramen. Uncommon Ramen is a monthly series at Uchibā that takes place on the first Monday of the month and features innovative ramen dishes either developed in-house or in collaboration with guest chefs.
