Tween Writing Workshop With Badgerdog Creative Writing
You might be a little dismayed to find out the youngest person to ever write a book was only 3 years old. But don’t be too jealous; it’s no Tale of Two Cities. I kid – but the point is, it’s never too early to get in the writing game. The Library Foundation’s Badgerdog Creative Writing has been teaching young ones how to wield their pens for over 20 years, and bring professional expertise and structure to an enlightening afterschool workshop for tweens to explore fairy tales. Who knows? Maybe the next Hans Christian Andersen or Sisters Grimm will be in attendance. – Kat McNevins
