Troubadour Festival brings Texas’ largest barbecue and country music experience to Midtown Park in Bryan on Saturday, March 28. Headlined by Robert Earl Keen and Flatland Cavalry, the festival features live performances from Jason Boland & The Stragglers, Waylon Wyatt, Taylor Hunnicutt, and more, alongside unlimited bites from 30 award-winning barbecue joints across Texas, including multiple Texas Monthly Top 50 favorites. From legendary pitmasters and themed BBQ showcases to nonstop live music and elevated VIP experiences, it’s a full-scale celebration of Texas flavor and sound.
