When Keith Maitland’s rotoscoped documentary about the 1966 UT Tower mass shooting came out 10 years ago, it collected dozens of awards and nominations and introduced the world to the survivors of the massacre, the heroes of the day that endured 90 minutes of terror and did what they could to save others.
