Spliff Kazoo & His Fronds never settle for simple. The freewheelin’ band, led by Max Juren, has a reputation for stunts and schticks, and their one-day Encores record release “tour” is no exception. The party starts with one song at Rio Market, the friendliest convenience store in town, plus a set by Thor Harris. Then hop in the conga line and rock your body in time to Sharp Records to hear “Souvenir” before a finale set at Tweedy’s.
