The Trouble I See...
The centerpiece of this moving documentary is a father-daughter dance at the Richmond City Jail in Virginia. Incarcerated men are shown reflecting on the state of their lives and their prospects for an improved life. Then, as several of the men resume their lives again after their release, we see their paths narrow and the cycle begin anew. An AFS Grant-supported project. The event includes speakers from the Austin Justice Coalition along with Q&A including filmmakers and participants from the film.
