Ah, a film truly befitting the chilly weather that descended on us recently. Because let’s face it – we may be cold, but we’ll never hit the level of freezer-burnt Kurt Russell and gang reach in this flick. We’ll also (fingers crossed) never have to fight a shape-shifting creature from outer space, wrecking a laboratory and each others’ psyches along the way. There’s no better way to enjoy John Carpenter’s masterpiece than on the big screen. Just make sure to bundle up and bring some solid identification. – Cat McCarrey
