In this guided tasting, guests will sample 13 spirit categories while learning production methods, regional history, and how to properly taste and identify what’s in the glass. The class also includes three classic cocktails paired with hors d’oeuvres, plus stories and techniques behind the drinks that shaped cocktail culture around the world.
