Ready to level up your home bartending skills? Join us at The Roosevelt Room for a two-hour advanced mixology class focused on homemade cocktail ingredients and modern techniques. Learn how to create syrups, infusions, tinctures, bitters, and more while exploring flavor extraction, fat-washing, clarification, and proper mixing methods. Guests will enjoy three cocktails and hors d’oeuvres while crafting their own signature drink using advanced techniques. Class runs from 12pm–2:30pm, followed by Sunday Happy Hour at 3pm. Must be 21+ to attend.
