Ukraine's Best Foreign Language Film entry to the 2014 Oscars tells of an American boy and a blind minstrel in Thirties Soviet Ukraine. Screening as part of a national fundraiser to support Stand With Ukraine Through Film, all ticket proceeds will go to the Ukrainian Relief Fund.
