Local bastion of traditional printmaking PrintAustin once again hosts their juried exhibition of contemporary approaches to the medium, this time at Link & Pin Gallery starting January 16. Chosen here are pieces that exemplify printmaking’s “dynamic and fluid nature,” as Link & Pin puts it, while also showcasing the artists’ tackling of myriad subject matter from immigration to dialogues between artistic techniques. This year’s juror is Susanna V. Temkin, senior curator at El Museo del Barrio.
