The annual Gram Parsons Birthday Hoot hosted by Austin musician Patterson Barrett will return for its 19th year November 8th on the outdoor concert stage of Sam’s Town Point. A house band will accompany 25+ singers as they pay tribute to a founding father of the musical genre now known as Americana, Gram Parsons. The show proceeds will support Austin Pets Alive! mission “to promote and provide the resources, education, and programs needed to eliminate the killing of companion animals.”
