Texas Women’s Basketball vs. UNC

Last week, Texas scored two huge wins over UCLA and South Carolina en route to capturing the inaugural women's Players Era Championship. Victory against the Gamecocks, who eliminated UT during last season’s Final Four, was especially notable because senior guard Rori Harmon drained a game – and championship – winner with minimal time remaining. After notching another victory last Sunday, the second-ranked Longhorns will take part in the ACC/SEC Women’s Challenge against North Carolina. A victory over the Tar Heels would give Vic Schaefer’s squad its fourth win against a ranked opponent this season. – Derek Udensi
