If your last memory of the heroes in a half shell was them being guys in puppeted suits, then you gotta check out their latest evolution into the animated space. Racking up co-writing credits from Sausage Party’s Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg, this 2023 feature takes the turtles into the 21st century with kid lingo and a sketchy animation style. Though the fact that Jackie Chan plays Splinter ought to at least get you in the door, the real magic is the young actors who give Michelangelo, Leonardo, Raphael, and Donatello their unique voices.
