Team Trust (single release), SKRATZ, modernform, fifi knifefight [inside]

Team Trust relishes in classic alt-emo moves delivered in a laid-back, playground-punk register, incorporating voicemail recordings and switching between crawling tempos and quick releases with blasé ease. Amid a diverse lineup of like-minded artists, the art-punk trio presents their first single since 2024 debut EP Be Your Own Bird at a release show they’ve dubbed Wuggis Fest, with an album to come in the fall. Hardcore thrashers SKRATZ, electronic-dabbling New Wave quintet modernform, and art-punk performers fifi knifefight open the night for a dynamic evening of emo fusion. – Caroline Drew
