The countdown to a new TC Superstar record has begun. The Austin natives will release the Dancer EP in an unspecified coming month, but single “Dancer 3” drops in early April. It’s been two years since we’ve been treated to Connor McCampbell’s glittering, dance-ready synth pop, and a Hotel Vegas show this close to the single release could offer a preview of what’s to come. And even if not, TC Superstar’s highly choreographed performance, featuring professional dancers and McCampbell’s unschooled but earnest moves, is always a treat.
