This has got nothing to do with Jonathan or Taylor, but we do have A Modest Proposal to fill the “Blank Space” on your calendar Friday evening: a bird-watching party with Travis Audubon! Bring a chair or blanket, snacks and drinks, and any family or friends who love nature, and come ready to watch hundreds of tiny chimney swifts return home after a long day of munching on insects. These li’l cuties live their lives airborne, flying almost constantly and coming to rest in chimneys at night because their claws are optimal for clinging to vertical surfaces rather than perching like other birds. It should be a treat to welcome the flock home and wish them goodnight! – Kat McNevins
