The East Austin Handmade Arts Market returns for its ninth year, with 10 surf-rock (and adjacent) bands from all over Texas, with KOOP deejays spinning surf classics between sets. An array of fine artists and artisans will have their wares available for sales, and the fun is all kid- and pet-friendly.
