The ICOSA Window Dressing Project celebrates its 50th exhibition with a curated selection of 21 artists that have participated in the exhibition series since its inception in the Summer of 2019. Window Dressing was originally established as an experimental endeavor to make use of ICOSA’s storefront window during the installation/deinstallation cycle of the main gallery. As the Project evolved, it became a platform for emerging artists to engage with the window space for one-week exhibitions. Curated by Leon Alesi and Matt Rebholz, Semicentennial Breakdown invites conversation within a group of artists with diverse approaches and philosophies.
