Church of Christ at East Side to host Austin’s first Sickle Cell Symposium: Rooted in Community, an empowering and community-driven event hosted in collaboration with The American Red Cross. This event will take place on Saturday, July 25, 2026. It will bring together individuals living with sickle cell disease, caregivers, families, healthcare professionals, advocates, public officials, and community partners to share knowledge, celebrate resilience, and promote health and wellness.
