rocknite Festival Week Bash w/ Trejo, elnuh, Amelia's Best Friend, French Film, Virginia Creeper [inside]; J'cuuzi (DJ set), DJ Garty [outside]

Los Angeles-launched grassroots concert series Rocknite reprises its South by Southwest Austin appearance with an ACL week lineup of slacker rockers and alternative DJs. San Antonio shoegazey alt-rock act elnuh joins Austin folk-inflected rockers Amelia’s Best Friend, Nineties-styled grunge fourpiece French Film, and melancholic melodic experimenters Virginia Creeper. DJ sets from theatrical hyperpop act J’cuuzi and renowned party rockers DJ Garty are the cherry on top of this Texas assemblage, taking over Hotel Vegas from 7pm to 1:30am. – Caroline Drew
