Day trip time! Real Ale Brewing Co. is celebrating its 30th anniversary, and I can’t think of a better use of a spring Saturday than drinking a Hans’ Pils and listening to Louisiana Surf Department out in the Hill Country. Mystery cask-tappings, food trucks, kids’ activities, and brand-new beers (IPA lovers, try the Chill Theory) round out the festivities – not to mention live music from producer Henry Invisible, garage rockers Two Legged Dog, and precocious Dripping Springs cowboy Logan Papp, supporting those L.A.-loving, ATX-based Continental fixtures. – Carys Anderson
