If you’re one of those people who gazes upon a pile of mysterious cardboard shapes and can’t resist diving in, this one’s for you. Although the Austin Public Library is calling this a “cozy fall puzzle race,” speed is of the essence; teams of 2-4 will compete to assemble identical 300-piece jigsaw puzzles in the fastest time. Tickets go to the first in line starting 30 minutes before the competition, so be early to ensure a spot, and bring a puzzle you’re ready to trade if you’re interested in the “swap” portion of the evening.
