Several city departments will be on hand to provide free services: Austin Public Health brings vaccines; Austin Animal Center will have info and pet ID tags; the HR and Parks departments provide employment services; Soil Kitchen accepts samples for testing; and the library brings the Bookmobile and will renew or issue new library cards.
