Bi-ig weekend for cats and their champions, with earlier Calendar entry CatVideoFest presaging the total feline fete happening on Barton Springs Road. Once more, the self-proclaimed ultimate cat convention of Texas fills Palmer Events Center with not just kitty merch, crafts, and cosplay but the fluffy friends themselves. Whether you want to show off your tabby’s talents or find a paw-some pet to adopt, there’ll be few environments more conducive to cat connections than this furry festival. – James Scott
