Pacific Eurythmy-Performance and Workshops

In Eurythmy one speaks and sings through the body in space, revealing the many colors of the human soul. Rudolf Steiner said “In eurythmy, the body must become soul”. He also called Eurythmy “The Art of Moving Space”. Eurythmy’s choreographed movements include specific shapes and placement of the hands, arms, posture, and full body gestures, in space. Eurythmists intentionally create a doorway into melody, beat, rhythm, harmony, and non-sounding elements (spaces between the notes or words) that are living in the literature or musical composition and come alive through performance.
