OUT LAWS: DOCUMENTARY CENTERPIECE + LIVE Q&A
Saturday, September 26 | 1:00 PM | Galaxy Theatres Austin
Criminalized for love. Fighting back with pride.
Spanning continents and generations, Out Laws follows three courageous LGBTQ+ activists confronting the colonial-era laws that continue to criminalize queer people around the world. Moving between Namibia and the UK, the film reveals how colonialism, religion, and modern political movements have shaped the global fight for LGBTQ+ rights—and celebrates the resilience of those working to change it.
Following the screening, join co-director James Lewis and executive producer Saul Parker LIVE in Austin for an important post-film
