One thing you like to see with an office tasked with overseeing police: openness. This Saturday from 10am to 2pm, the OPO opens up for the community to ask questions and explore the complaint process, meet the policy team, hear from Director Gail McCant, and learn how to get involved and provide feedback. They say all are welcome, whether you be “curious, concerned, or committed,” and they’ll provide refreshments and giveaways to make it even more welcoming.
