Michelin Star Chef Lundgaard Dinner at Lutie’s

For two evenings only, Commodore Perry Estate is welcoming Chef Mark Lundgaard of Copenhagen’s celebrated Kong Hans Kælder for a limited culinary residency at Lutie’s. As head chef, Lundgaard led Kong Hans Kælder to its first-ever two Michelin stars in 2021. Conceived as a true culinary exchange, the seven-course menu is shaped jointly by Chef Lundgaard and Lutie’s, uniting Nordic precision with the bold character of Texas terroir. The collaborative menu reflects Kong Hans Kælder’s signature style: classical French foundations layered with modern Scandinavian influence, thoughtful restraint and an emphasis on pristine ingredients and precise execution.
