The Western/sci-fi genre mash-up is at this point a tried-and-true combo with results like Firefly, Westworld, and The Mandalorian. The two settings lend themselves well to exploration and hijinks in a lawless expanse of untamed wilderness, so it follows that Cherrywood Center would celebrate May the Fourth (the official Star Wars holiday) with a lil’ honky tonk party. “All aboard the Millennium Tonkin’,” they say, for a night of two-stepping to the dulcet tunes of the Sylvan River Band and Steve and the Sweethearts. Never fear, first-timers, as the music will be preceded by lessons from multihyphenate performer Scarlett Cheeks. May the Fourth be tonkin’. – Lina Fisher
