Love Supreme, a new pizza bar on Manor Road, will
open its doors to an expansive patio and bright indoor space on this day in Austin culinary history, the highly anticipated joint a partnership between brothers (and Austin natives and owners of Thunderbird Coffee) Ryan and Wade McElroy. The kitchen is helmed by executive chef Russell Victorioso; general manager Paulina Cline will oversee hospitality and bar operations. And the food? Victorioso’s menu will focus on two styles of pizza: crispy-bottomed Neapolitan-inspired round 13' pies and Detroit/Sicilian-influenced square 8"x10" pies. And salads and other such noms – along with Cline's beverage program featuring batch cocktails, boozy slushies, highballs, and draft craft beers with favorites like Pinthouse’s Electric Jellyfish.
