"Life Chronicles" is a 45-minute free-roaming virtual reality experience that takes visitors through 3.5 billion years of evolution — from Earth's formation to the African savannah of 2023. Co-produced with the Muséum national d'Histoire naturelle in Paris and developed alongside paleontologists and evolution specialists, the experience places visitors inside eight prehistoric and modern environments, where they'll encounter over 120 animal species guided by characters Charlie and her robot Darwin. Unlike traditional VR, Life Chronicles is designed for social exploration: visitors are represented by avatars, can see and interact with one another, and move freely through a 500-square-meter space.
