This is just one millennial’s opinion, but chainmail totally rips. It’s a classic jewelry look that never goes out of style! A younger generation deserves to delight in this art as well, which is probably why Austin Public Library scheduled a teen-centric chainmail workshop. Those in the 13 to 18 age division are welcome to get “Ren Faire ready,” as APL says, by making keychains, earrings, and bracelets using this “ancient weaving technique.” – James Scott
