Austin’s own certified electric six-string machine, who kicked off the year with a sold-out Antone’s Nightclub residency and the re-recorded Evolution of Joy, Jackie Venson presents yet another LP with a free, pre-trick-or-treat in-store performance at 5pm. Perhaps more evolution on 2020 blast Vintage Machine, followed by last year’s acoustic rearrangement Unplug the Machine, the Berklee grad’s new Ghost in the Machine releases Monday (with a Wednesday listening party at Antone’s already sold out). —1997839
