Austin Public Library’s been around for 100 years offering no-cost cool stuff and, to celebrate their centennial, Austin History Center presents this exhibit tracing the institution’s fascinating legacy. Page through archival photos, architectural documents, and myriad stories about the many civic changes the library’s undergone. Opening reception activities include puppet shows, a collage workshop with Xochi Solis, a historic Austin images green-screen photo booth, RawPaw screenprinting, Black Austin Tours guidance through Historic Block 101, and much more.
