Icing (tenth anniversary & CAKE tribute), Jelly Belly (Smashing Pumpkins tribute), Wrestle With Jimmy (Weezer tribute)

This local band’s gone “The Distance” as a Cake cover band for a decade now, so they’re serving y’all up an anniversary slice this Saturday. Before you ask, yes: They do have a vibraslap. These are professionals. Joining their celebratory lineup will be fellow tribute rockers Jelly Belly (Smashing Pumpkins) and Wrestle With Jimmy (Weezer). Get there in your white Chrysler LeBaron with the cupholder armrests, and you just might finally live comfort eagle. – James Scott
