I must admit, Reader, that there’s not a ton of info on this early May market, but I trust the signs I’ve spotted at Austin bakery Quack’s Hyde Park outpost that promise a reasonably good time in their parking lot. The fully local makeup of the 25-vendor lineup – including cat painter Hythus Hu – get 100% of their sales, so you can shop ethically as well as copiously.
