East Sixth’s low-slung hot spot for live music is turning 15. The poster-filled, locally loved venue has hosted countless residencies, concert series, and annual mini-fests, becoming a favorite stop for touring indie acts and local upstarts alike. They’re a lover of traditions and long-term relationships, it would seem, and so are the OSEES. The dual-drumming, improv-loving rock band has spent many a night churning the mosh pit at Vegas and returns Thursday for a thunderous anniversary celebration, alongside skate punks Gus Baldwin & the Sketch, hyperrap duo haha Laughing, psychedelic staples Holy Wave, and more. – Caroline Drew
