Join local artists as we celebrate 250 years of American history at the Opening Reception for Hope for Spring: Stars and Stripes Forever at the Neill-Cochran House Museum!
Local artists will present work expressing what “freedom” means to them. Prior to the Reception a panel of judges will determine three winners and an honorable mention, and the winners will be announced at the Reception.
