Hoover’s Cooking might be closing soon, but the man behind the soul food staple isn’t going out without a bang. Hoova Palooza invites fans, friends, and family of longtime Austin chef Hoover Alexander to his 2002 Manor restaurant for an evening of food and music, 4-10pm, before the spot closes for good.
