What precious memories come to mind when you think “Austin Public Libraries”? The Spicewood Springs and Windsor Park branches are hosting a History Harvest, allowing the public to come in with stories, photos, old handouts, or anything else that connects you to those specific libraries. Said locations will host two-hour events where you can scan photos and participate in a recorded discussion with fellow lifelong Austin library-lovers detailing your most meaningful experiences. If you’re feeling shy, you can write your memory on a postcard or choose to remain anonymous. Everything gathered will be added to the archival collections at the Austin History Center. – Joseph Gonzalez
