I recently learned the Flamingo Automotive at 35th & Guadalupe used to be a club called the Austin Outhouse, which regularly hosted such luminaries as Blaze Foley and Townes Van Zandt – what an unassuming place to harbor so much cool history. About a block up you’ll find the new location of Bloody Rose Boutique, another unassuming location for something very cool. Goths one and all are invited for a night market with drinks, vendors, and music from Temptrix and Cheap Dopamine.
