Daniel Clowes’ Nineties graphic novel-turned-indie feature offers a fun send-off to the current window display over at video rental nonprofit WLV. The North Loop storefront sports an installation created by local artists Ari Borazjanian and Jaden McCreary recalling sleepovers of friendships past in all their cozy glory. With their residency ending this weekend – and Borazjanian’s birthday hitting as well – the whole crew’s inviting you to join ’em in watching Thora Birch and Scarlett Johansson work pin-straight bobs among other iconic fashions.
