ESB-MACC is back and hosting a free family health fair to make sure everyone starts the school year on the right foot. Hot on the heels of Mexican Independence Day, they’re doing it festively with live mariachi music and DJ tunes along with free health screenings and community resources thanks to Austin Public Health. Bring the family from 11am to 2pm to take some proactive steps toward better health while having a little fun too. No insurance is required, and interpreters will be available. – Kat McNevins
