With hair metal guitar solos and gnarled grunge vocals, the members of Feedr spin a muffled, melodic ode to five decades of hard rock on their debut full-length, Twice an Easy Jet. Sharing the mic, guitarists Tyler Rutherford and Riley Siler bottle circle pit-inducing catharsis via radio rock angst (“Terroristic Threat”) and choppy, balls-to-the-wall theatrics (“Pyrosis”). Yet macho men shan’t sleep on the San Angelo-launched, Austin-based quartet’s early slow-burning demo “Monroe,” rerecorded for the LP to filter Teenage Fanclub’s “Everything Flows” through a Deftones distortion pedal. This Waterloo in-store kicks off at 5pm. – Carys Anderson
